Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact, including dust bags and authenticity cards
  • The return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
Please note: For hygiene reasons, wallets and card holders marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. All other products in our Designer Boutique, Satchels & Top Handles, Shoulder Bags, Totes, and Night-Out Bags collections are eligible.

Our Return Process

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Securely: Repackage the item in its original packaging with all protective materials.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Portland boutique using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, our quality team will inspect the item (typically within 3 business days).
  6. Refund or Exchange: Once approved, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange item.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Your refund will reflect the same care we put into crafting our luxury pieces:

  • Processing begins immediately upon return approval
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds: 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges of equal value:

  • Follow the standard return process indicating your exchange preference
  • Specify the replacement item details in your request
  • No additional shipping fees for exchanges (except international duties)
  • Exchanges ship via your original shipping method

For exchanges of higher value, our team will guide you through the payment difference process.

International Returns

Our global clientele should note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customs duties and taxes cannot be refunded
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
