Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact, including dust bags and authenticity cards
- The return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
Our Return Process
We’ve designed our return process to be as effortless as carrying one of our signature satchels:
- Initiate Your Return: Email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with your request using the template provided below.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Package Securely: Repackage the item in its original packaging with all protective materials.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Portland boutique using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return.
- Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, our quality team will inspect the item (typically within 3 business days).
- Refund or Exchange: Once approved, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange item.

- Processing begins immediately upon return approval
- Credit card/PayPal refunds: 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
- Original payment method will be credited
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges of equal value:
- Follow the standard return process indicating your exchange preference
- Specify the replacement item details in your request
- No additional shipping fees for exchanges (except international duties)
- Exchanges ship via your original shipping method

International Returns
Our global clientele should note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
