Shipping Information

We deliver our luxury handbags worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas) with two elegant shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
    • Order processing: 1-2 business days
    • Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
    • Order processing: 1-2 business days
    • Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment

Please note that all delivery estimates begin when your order has shipped from our Portland boutique, not from the date of purchase. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jacquemus purchase. Our returns process is designed to be as effortless as carrying one of our signature satchels.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact (including dust bags and authenticity cards)
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order

Important: For hygiene reasons, wallets and card holders marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. All other products in our Designer Boutique, Satchels & Top Handles, Shoulder Bags, Totes, and Night-Out Bags collections are eligible.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our Customer Care team at [email protected] using the template provided below
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
  3. Package Securely: Repackage the item in its original packaging with all protective materials
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Portland boutique using a trackable shipping method (we recommend insurance)
  5. Inspection & Processing: Our quality team will inspect the item within 3 business days of receipt
  6. Refund or Exchange: Once approved, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange item

Refund Information

Your refund will reflect the same care we put into crafting our luxury pieces:

  • Processing begins immediately upon return approval
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds: 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges of equal value:

  • Follow the standard return process indicating your exchange preference
  • Specify the replacement item details in your request
  • No additional shipping fees for exchanges (except international duties)
  • Exchanges ship via your original shipping method

For exchanges of higher value, our team will guide you through the payment difference process.

International Returns

Our global clientele should note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customs duties and taxes cannot be refunded
